We can learn a lot about a pearl created in nature…. an irritating piece of sand forces its host to grow something new and very strong in order to keep the sand from killing it. We can’t blame the sand, it got there by forces we don’t understand and can’t control. And the sand itself, though dangerous, is sand.
Pearl Wisdom is centered on the desire to grow a pearl from the sand that is the new POTUS and his administration. We want to use this experience to learn more about our government and share what we know and what we find. Most importantly, we want to learn how to act effectively for the restoration of order and take a more active role so this kind of “sand” never happens again.
By refusing to be duped into thinking the POTUS is the cause of the problem, we can learn to see him as exploitable, and his presidency as an exploitable moment in history. We want to exploit him as if he were the irritating piece of sand.
Pearl Wisdom is a place where our family can exchange information, ideas, strategies, actionables, thoughts, perspectives, and insights on the White House situation. There are lunatics at the wheel and we are trying to process how to navigate this new political climate.
There is a very big picture going on that will not be fully dealt with in our lifetime, and we want to share our global perspective. This is a place where we share wisdom from the vantage point of two generations.
Pearl Wisdom is our efforts to do whatever we can within our tiny worlds of influence to make sure this huge machinery is blocked and that the same kind of systemic disease does not occur again. We are making pearls from this sand. You’ll find a little humor too, because we all need a good laugh to help drain off the frustration.
